About the Course
This tai chi for women in Teignmouth course focuses on calming the nervous
system, improving balance and bone health, and supporting women’s hormonal and
emotional wellbeing.

Classes combines:
 Tai Chi foundations – slow, flowing movements for balance, posture, and
vitality
 Qigong for women’s health – gentle forms to support kidney energy and
womb qi
 Energy psychology and acupressure – simple self-care techniques,
including tapping
 Energy medicine practices – short routines to support daily stability and
resilience

Rather than pushing the body, the emphasis is on listening, soothing, and
restoring balance through mindful movement and presence.

Who Is This For?
 Women navigating hormonal or life transitions
 Women seeking a calm, supportive movement practice
 Beginners welcome — no prior tai chi experience needed
 Suitable for all levels of fitness
Participants can attend in person or online, and all sessions are recorded for those
who prefer to practise at home or need flexibility.
