I have benefitted with, greatly improved mobility all over my body, and am better able to breathe and relax. I enjoy the break from a pressured life and have made friends. In my life I have done many classes to help with increasing my mobility/fitness & stress reduction, including stretching, Alexander Technique, physio etc. I find that committing myself to this Tai Chi class has improved my physical movements, made me able to relax more and given me a nice venue to meet people away from my work and stress! I could not just do any exercises anymore as I don’t continue. Being in a class keeps me going, & this has the right balance for me, encourages me to work at it while having some fun too!
