The classes are good fun, and I look forward to the Friday morning get together. I have been able to move a lot better and my joints are not so much of a problem. Generally I feel a lot fitter. It’s hard to part down in words how I feel since starting Tai Chi, I just know I am a lot more settled in myself and I feel much fitter. I feel the Tai Chi & Qigong exercises very calming, – it’s just great.
