Tai Chi has helped me as my sleep pattern is much better and I feel as if I have more energy. I am more able to focus on myself and tell myself I can do this, and my confidence has grown. Tai Chi has made me aware of how important it is to look after my body and how this has helped to improve my outlook on life. I feel much more focussed and seem to have more energy and strength than I have ever had. I would definitely recommend Tai Chi to family and friends.
