Regular monthly sessions to extend and develop your sword form practice.
These workshops are suitable for beginners, or for those who wish to review and practice their form. There are 49 forms in the Chen Style Single Sword Form routine. The routine consists of thrusting, cutting, scooping, pointing, sweeping, intercepting, pricking, pushing. When combined with skilful footwork, the form produces the changes of softness and hardness, concealing and appearing, dodges and transfers.
