The class, Tuesday evenings from 7:15pm – 8:15pm, is for all levels, from beginner through to experienced student. I will be teaching the Laojia long form. The Laojia long form is the foundation long form for all Tai Chi training in the Chen village, Henan Province, China and builds a great platform for students to understand the essence and nature of Chen Style Tai Chi.
